The design approach of this residential project was to create a dynamic yet homogeneous façade giving it a unique identity within the urban landscape. 

The building includes 16 apartments, including 4 penthouses and 2 garden apartments, organized around two cores which serve 2 apartments in each floor. 
In addition it contains commercial floor and parking lot. 

The skin of the building made of dynamic shading system which allows flexible usage and environmental efficiency.
